- When you select the currency converter in the top right corner drop down, the prices will be displayed in the currency you choose everywhere on the website except on the checkout page, when you are ready to checkout the prices are displayed in CAD Dollars, Once you ready to check out your order will be charged in CAD dollars only.
- Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
- Due to fast rotation of our styles, there is a possibility that we run out of stock of some of the items, at the time of execution of order. In this case we shall contact you. You may please then suggest the alternative styles which we should send in lieu of the same. We do not replace anything on our own without your permission.

A2. Our Main office is open 6 days a week.
Mon to Fri 10:30am to 5:30pm
Saturday 10:30am to 5:00pm
Q3.How soon will you ship out my order?
A3. We usually will ship out your order within 1-2 business days, if you place an order during weekdays.
Any Order placed on weekends or public holidays your order will be shipped following working day.
Q4. Do you take phone, e-mail, faxed, or on-location orders?
A4. No, our orders are strictly process online.
Q5. Can I pick up in store?
A5. Yes, you can place an order online and will keep your order ready for store pickup.
Q6. Can I modify an order I have already placed?
A6. Unfortunately we cannot modify any order.
Q7 What happens if I refuse my package?
A7 If a package is refused by the customer and returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost and the 20% restocking fee will apply.
Q8. How often do you restock items?
A8. We try to restock our entire out of stock items as soon as possible. If you would like to know more specific information regarding a certain item, please email us. In the email please include the item number, quantities you need and when you would need them by.
Q9: If I placed a wrong custom charm order, Can I return?
A9: No, All charms are made to order and are final sale.
