Thank you for shopping with us! Please note that due to our wholesale pricing model, we are able to keep our prices exceptionally low. As a result, all sales are final, and we do not offer returns or refunds.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
- Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
ORDER CANCELLATION
- Unfortunately, we cannot cancel the order once it's been processed, as we start handling it immediately after receiving it. If you still wish to cancel, a 10% restocking fee will apply.
Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for Earrings, Hair pieces, Custom Jewelry or any kind of Body jewelry. These items are final sale.
