Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Pricing and Availability

  • All prices are in Canadian Dollar (CAD).
  • When you select  the currency converter in the top right corner drop down, the prices will be displayed in the  currency you choose everywhere on the website except on the checkout page, when you are ready to checkout the prices are displayed in CAD Dollars, Once you ready to check out your order will be charged in CAD dollars only.
  • Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
  • Due to fast rotation of our styles, there is a possibility that we run out of stock of some of the items, at the time of execution of order. In this case we shall contact you. You may please then suggest the alternative styles which we should send in lieu of the same. We do not replace anything on our own without your permission.

Q2.What is your business hours?

A2. Our Main office is open 5 days a week to answer any questions

Mon to Sat 10am to 5pm

Q3.How soon will you ship out my order?

A3. We usually will ship out your order within 1-2 business days. If you place an order during weekdays.

Any Order placed on weekends or public holidays your order will be shipped following working day.

Q4. Do you take phone, e-mail, faxed, or on-location orders?

A4. No, our orders are strictly process online.

Q5. What shipping methods do you offer?

A5 Within Canada, we ship with Canada Post..

For USA, we ship with United States Postal Service.

To all other countries, packages are shipped with USPS.

You may have your international shipment shipped with UPS by contacting our Customer Service team.

Q6. Can I pick up in store?

A6. Yes, you can place an order online and will keep your order ready for store pickup. You can choose 2 locations:

1) Mississauga Location:

Hours: Monday to Saturday - 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

2) Woodbridge Location:

Monday to Friday - 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Saturday - 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Sunday - 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM

Q7. Can I modify an order I have already placed?

A7. Unfortunately we cannot modify any order.

Q8  What happens if I refuse my package?

A8 If a package is refused by the customer and returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost and the 20% restocking fee.

Q9. What forms of payment do you accept?

A9. We only accept major credit cards

Q10. How often do you restock items?

A10. We try to restock our entire out of stock items as soon as possible. If you would like to know more specific information regarding a certain item, please email us. In the email please include the item number, quantities you need and when you would need them by.

Q11. Can I use the item photos on your website?

A11. Yes, you may use the item photos, as long as you are a registered and have purchase that item from us, you may request, via email, to use our photos for all purposes of your business only. You must obtain a confirmation email to receive authorization. 

Q12.If I purchased the wrong item can I exchange/refund it?

A3. Due to the Current COVID-19 pandemic any sale is final sale and cannot be exchanged/return. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Any Order placed on weekends or public holidays your order will be shipped following working day.
