Fanastic Customer Service

These beads are perfect, and just as pictured. I had accidentally put "curbside pickup" instead of Canada Post delivery. I called after 5 pm, dreading trying to get through to the right person. Call was answered on the first ring, and he had my order right there and had been about to call me! We sorted it out and it was shipped the next day. Can't ask for more than that :)
